Hai Ye Maya (Hindi: है ये माया), also written as Hai Yeh Maya, is a song composed by Bollywood music director-trio Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy as one of the songs of the soundtrack of the 2011 Bollywood film Don 2: The Chase Continues. The song has been sung by famed singer Usha Uthup as a solo recording. The song, and the entire soundtrack, was officially released by T-Series on November 17, 2011, a month before the release of the film. The song marks the second time Uthup appeared as a playback singer, the first time being to record Darling from Saat Khoon Maaf.
The lyrics of the song, as well as those of all the other songs in the soundtrack, were given by noted lyricist Javed Akhtar, who incidentally is also the father of the film's director Farhan Akhtar. Typical of Akhtar's lyrics, the lines are entirely in Hindi.
